By accessing and using AI Portrait Studio ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Portrait Studio provides an AI-powered service that transforms user-uploaded photos into professional portraits. The service includes:

• Photo upload functionality
• AI-powered image processing and enhancement
• Generation of professional portrait photos
• Digital delivery of processed images

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using the Service
• Only upload photos that you own or have permission to use
• Not upload photos containing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with or compromise the system integrity

4. Payment and Refunds

The Service requires a one-time payment of $12.90 USD per session. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider, LemonSqueezy.

Refund Policy:

• If the AI processing fails or encounters technical errors, you are entitled to a full refund
• Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase
• No refunds will be issued after photos have been successfully delivered
• Refunds are not available if you are dissatisfied with the artistic result of the generated photos

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a temporary license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The generated professional portraits are provided to you for personal and commercial use. We do not claim any ownership rights to the generated images.

6. Privacy and Data Retention

Your uploaded photos and generated portraits are automatically deleted from our servers 48 hours after generation. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The generated photos will meet your expectations
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any errors in the software will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Portrait Studio, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
